Mint Mile – andwhichstray

Tim gave me the snapshot that George Mehus took for the cover stuck to an old record sleeve with printouts taped to it showing where the text could go. I shot the mock-up on my copystand to use a guide with all intentions of flattening the photo for final placement. The resulting shadows and fold of the sleeve are from that shot. The photo itself was scanned in, the semi gloss surface did not take to being photographed. The semi gloss surface of the snapshot was approximated with the gloss layer. The band photo on the back was taken in France by Justin Brown when the band was recording the record with Steve Albini.
